This 1 1/2-quart Sauce Pan with Lid is part of the Berndes Signocast series of vacuum-pressure cast aluminum cookware. Crafting cookware this way produces an exceptionally sturdy yet lightweight pan. With three nonstick interior layers and two nonstick exterior layers, the pan is ideal for low fat cooking and delicate foods. Food will never stick or burn, and cleanup is a piece of cake. The Signocast series comes with phenolic handles that won t conduct heat, so you can transport the pans safely without bulky potholders.
